Hey, I'm Az

I watch way too many TV shows and I am a multi-shipper in training. Also a huge dork and proud of it. I suffer from chronic wanderlust. Sometimes I feel like I can't stay still because I just want to see and experience so many things. I believe in love and forgiveness. And I am a work in progress, so please forgive me for any offense made. .

This is my beautiful lady. She's also my wife. And I love her so very much.

“How can you say that?!” Jane yelled.
“Jane, please,” Maura begged. “Can’t you see what Casey’s doing to you?” she said, on the verge of tears. She hated when Jane was mad at her.
“I love him! What exactly do you want me to do?”
“He doesn’t deserve you, Jane! You deserve to be with somebody who loves you and will treat you right. I just-“
Tears were streaming down Jane’s cheeks as she spoke. “You just what Maura? You want me to abandon him? You want me to leave him, hurt and alone, and for me to end up alone again?”
Tears were evident in Maura’s eyes as well now. “Jane, please, I-“
“No, I don’t want to hear it, Maura.” Jane said before grabbing her jacket and storming out.
Maura stood in her kitchen, crying, afraid she lost the only thing worth living for left in her life. No, she though, before storming after Jane.
“Jane, wait!” she yelled as she ran down the street towards Jane.
Jane ignored her, and just kept walking. Suddenly, she felt somebody grabbing her arm and spinning her around.
“Maura, stop, I-” Jane said, before Maura grabbed her face with both hands and pressed their lips together.

Equilibrium

Chapter 10: Fate

She’s numb.

Nothing but the steady tick of the secondhand exists. Nothing else has meaning. Nothing matters.

She has lost everything.

And she only has herself to blame.

Oneshot: ‘In The Language of Flowers’

thesilentpen:

Rated: T

Summary:‘Red Chrysanthemums. They mean ‘love’ or ‘I love.’ Rachel Berry stumbles into a florist shop, searching for the perfect gift for her Fathers’ anniversary. She meets Quinn Fabray, the part-time worker, who will change her life and the way she looks at flowers forever. AU

A response to one of two prompts I chose to write.  This one is for my tumblr friend dispiritedaway who prompted “Quinn works at a flower shop and Rachel really likes buying people flowers. She’s really into the meanings of flowers as well, so when she initially goes to said shop she’s asking Quinn about the meanings of all of them. The first set of flowers are for her fathers for their anniversary, second are for her teacher, etc. etc. play this how you will. She starts going to the shop more frequently, buying more and more flowers just to talk to Quinn, and eventually she runs out of people to buy flowers for. Naturally Quinn falls for Rachel, because she’s adorable and ecstatic and perfect, and the last set of flowers have to be gardenias.

Quinn will obviously be disappointed and try to hide it because she has a crush on Rachel (I’m sure you know the meaning of the gardenia being in the Faberry fandom)

but then they end up being for her :P’

So this is for you, dispiritedaway, and I hope you enjoy it.  Let me know what you think :).

I hope you guys enjoy it.

Looks can be so deceiving…

heynicecardigan:

Today’s rec is Beers and Strippers by TriXter21.

Okay so when you encounter this fanfic you will most likely be thinking (and maybe even saying aloud): What the fuck?

The title is misleading (because the whole fanfic is not about beers and strippers), and the summary is indecipherable nonsense. The first chapter feels like there’s no direction, and it’s poorly written compared to the rest of the future chapters.

But this story is phenomenal

The story is very Quinn-centric, but Rachel becomes a big part of her life, which makes it eventually Faberry-centric as well. It has superb characterization of everyone. I get a bit annoyed with the frequent use of different pronouns such as “the blonde” or “the waitress,” but it was easy for me to look over after a while.

I think everyone should push through the first (maybe even the second chapter) and continue reading. It’s really worth it. I look forward to the updates every time.
